Our cancellation policy:Due to our intimate size,cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling space due to our remote location.For these reasons we uphold a strict cancellation policy.At the time of your reservation a valid credit card is accepted, as a deposit, to guarantee that your room is ready for you when you arrive. If a cancellation is made with less than 14 days prior to your arrival date,no refund will be possible regardless of the reason,as we have turned away other potential guests.By relinquishing your credit card number when you initially make a reservation,it is expected that you understand and adhere to these conditions.

From either the North or South via I-87: NYS Thruway (I-87) to Exit 21 (Catskill).End of ramp go left. Make a right onto Rt 23 West. Approximately 6 miles turn left onto Silver Spur Rd.At flashing light go straight remaining on Silver Spur to the end.Turn right at the stop sign,then go left at second stop sign onto County Rt. 24.Drive 200 ft.to the bridge. Immediatly after the bridge, turn right onto Falls View Lane and drive in to Tumblin' Falls House.
